E-mail
Baccarat is the oldest of all games played in modern casinos.

The objective of the game is to predict which of the two hands (Banker or Player) that are about to be dealt will be closer to having a value of 9.

In Baccarat the player competes against the banker.Wagers are placed in the Tie, Banker and Player areas shown on the table.Cards are dealt from a deck of cards called a shoe.
Traditionally, the shoe contains anywhere from six to eight standard 52-card deck without jokers.

This version of Baccarat is played using eight 52-card decks. Each wager placed is treated as a separate wager against the banker.

Place your bet(s) on the table in the area labeled Player, Tie, Banker.Once the bet has been placed the two hands will be dealt. Two hands of cards are dealt, one for the Player and one for the Banker. Each hand will contain either two or three cards. If the first two cards dealt to the Player or the Banker are equal to five (5) or less, then the respective hand will be dealt a third card.

The winning hand will be the one whose value is closest to nine (9).The value of a hand is calculated by adding up the value of the cards.

Face cards and 10s have no value in Baccarat.

Aces are worth 1 point.

All other cards are counted at face value.

Values that exceed nine are adjusted by removing the tens column

Example:

Hand

Hand Total

9+7=16 6
5+5+5=15 5
10+9=19 "Natural" 9

Once the winning hand is determined the game is over.If the hand you bet on wins you will be paid out according to the rules in the Table Limits and payout section.

After the first two cards are dealt to both the Player and Dealer, a third card may be dealt but the player does not ask for a third card.Additional cards are subject to the third card rule.

When the Player and Banker hands equal the same total, the hand is declared a Tie.

NOTE:

A tie that you did not bet on pays back your ante.

If the value of the cards in either the Player's Hand or the Banker's Hand is an 8 or a 9 (a "natural") after receiving their initial two cards then no more cards shall be dealt to either hand.

If the value of the cards in the Banker's hand on the first two cards is 0 to 7 inclusive, the Player's hand shall draw in accordance with the third card rules.

How to Play Baccarat

When starting the Baccarat game for the first time the Baccarat table is empty – no cards or wagers are on the table and the default wager amount ($5) is active.

You now decide how much you want to wager and what bet you want to play and then place your wager(s) on the table. To place a wager on any of these bets simply left click on the table to increase the size of your bet and right click to decrease.

Once you have completed placing your wager(s) you can start the game by clicking on the DEAL button.

The banker deals two cards to the player and two cards to the banker and then turns the cards face up.

If the value of the cards in either the Player's Hand or the Banker's Hand is an 8 or a 9, (called a NATURAL), after receiving their initial two cards then no more cards shall be dealt to either hand.

If the value of the cards in the Banker's hand on the first two cards is 0 to 7 inclusive, the Player's hand shall draw in accordance with the third card rules.

When the Player's hand is completed then Banker's hand is played out.

Once the banker's hand is complete, the Player’s hand is compared to the Banker's hand and win(s) , loss(es) or tie(s) are determined and your casino account balance is adjusted accordingly.

To play again click on the DEAL button.
