E-mail
Vegas Strip Blackjack incorporates existing Blackjack game features with additional features designed to give players a variety of new options not available in a standard Blackjack game.Vegas Strip Blackjack game is the same as a Blackjack game except:
  • Dealer always checks for Blackjack if there is an Ace or a 10-value card (10, J, Q, K) showing, before Player's turn.
  • The dealer stands on All 17s.
  • Player is allowed to Double on ANY first two cards.Double after Split is allowed as well.
  • Player is allowed to re-split twice on an already split hand but cannot re-split Aces.
In Vegas Strip Blackjack, the player competes against the dealer. The game is played on a semi-circular table with 5 playing positions and wagers are placed in the circles provided. This version of blackjack is played with 6 Decks of cards (with the jokers removed) that are shuffled after the completion of every game.

The basic rule of the game is to get a hand higher than the dealer without going over 21.If the face value of your cards is 21 or if the dealer's cards are lower than yours or higher than 21, you win !!!

How to Play Vegas Strip Blackjack

This version of Blackjack is played using 6 Decks of Cards which are shuffled after each hand. There are 5 playing positions you can choose from and you can play up to 5 hands of blackjack at the same time. Each hand played is a separate wager against the dealer.

Objective

The goal is for the player's hand to add up to 21 or have a hand that is higher than the dealer.

Dealer's Options

The dealer stands on All 17s.

How to Play
When starting the blackjack game for the first time the blackjack table is empty – no cards or wagers are on the table and the default wager amount is active.

You now decide how much you want to wager and how many hands you want to play and then place your wager(s) on the table.Once you have completed placing your wager(s) you can start the game by clicking on the DEAL button.

The dealer deals two cards at each player position that has a wager and deals two cards for the dealer. One of the dealer's cards remains face down and all other cards are turned face up.Once all the cards have been dealt, Dealer always peeks for Blackjack before your turn if he/she is showing an Ace or a 10-value card (10, J, Q, K).

Once all cards are dealt and Dealer checks for Blackjack, you are able to the Hit or Stand. When applicable, you are able to Split, Double, or buy Insurance.

If your dealt hand contains an Ace and a 10 or a face card then you have a Blackjack, also called a Natural, and play is automatically moved to the next available hand.

If the value of your hand exceeds 21, then you have gone Bust and have lost this hand and play automatically moves to the next available hand.

When the player's hand(s) are completed, the dealer's hand is played out.Once the dealer's hand is complete, your hand(s) is compared to the dealer's hand to determine win(s) or loss(es) and to update your casino account balance accordingly.

To play again you click on the Rebet button and then click on the Deal button.

Vegas Strip Blackjack Buttons

buttons are used to choose and adjust the size of your bet.The bets can only be changed or added between games.

Deal button starts a new game of blackjack.

The Hit button tells the dealer to deal you another card. You can HIT as many times as you wish until your hand goes bust or you decide to Stand.

The Stand button ends your hand and moves game play to the next available hand – your next hand or the completion of the dealer's hand.

The Split button is only available if the first two cards dealt are a pair. The Split button causes :

1.Your original single hand to be split into two separate hands

2.Places a second wager on the table equal to your original wager

3.You are dealt a second card for each new hand

5.If you split Aces you will receive only 1 more card to complete your hand and if the second card is a face card or 10 it is not a blackjack.

The Double button doubles your original wager and you receive only 1 more card to complete your hand. The DOUBLE button is also available on hands that have been SPLIT except for cases when you are splitting Aces.

An Insurance bet is the player betting that the dealer has a blackjack. The INSURANCE box is only displayed when the Dealer's face up card is an Ace.Click Yes for the hands that you wish to purchase insurance, and no for the hands you do not .The cost of insurance is half your original bet and pays out 2 to 1 if the dealer gets blackjack. If you purchase Insurance and then Split your hand, the hand will no longer be covered by Insurance. If you purchase insurance and then Double your hand, the initial wager is doubled.

The Rebet button resets the Blackjack game by removing the cards from the table and retaining the wager(s) on the table.

6.An Ace has a value of either 1 or 11.Any combination of cards that contains an Ace card and whose value does not exceed 21 is referred to as a ‘soft hand’.An Ace adopts the value most beneficial for your hand. For example, an Ace and eight will add up to 19 but if the player chooses to take another card that would cause the hand's value to exceed 21 the Ace will revert to a value of 1.

7.If you are dealt an Ace and a 10 or face card this is called a Blackjack and your hand will Stand automatically. If you beat the dealer with a Blackjack, you are paid out at 3 to 2.
